Warranty and Privacy Policy

Service and Warranty T&Cs: 

Additional parts or labour may be required at extra cost if unforeseen issues arise once work begins. This may include, but is not limited to, custom underbody bash plates, severe component contamination or component failure, the need to remove or work around aftermarket installations. 

Auto Papa warrants all labour and supplied parts for 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever occurs first. Manufacturer warranties on parts provided by Auto Papa remain valid beyond this period, as per their conditions.

Parts supplied by the customer are excluded from warranty coverage.

Travel Expense Reimbursement applies to all warranty call-outs.
